She was in private practice for 5 years in the greater Seattle Area, before she entered the bar association world to help lawyers overcome their practice management hurdles. She advises on ethics and practice management issues through one-on-one consultations, publications, and presentations at her bar association of over 15,000 immigration practitioners.
