Join this law firm marketing and social media session on May 27, 2020, as part of our series of Innovate Legal May Meetups featuring best practices, tools, advice, and networking to help your firm navigate the COVID-19 crisis and emerge stronger on the other side.

This meetup will feature a panel of legal and marketing professionals who will share advice on how to improve your firm’s marketing and social media efforts. The session will be moderated by Emma Raimi-Zlatic, Clio’s Affinity Program Manager, and the panel will include Heather Hazelwood of Ampersand Law and Mark Homer, CEO of GNGF, who will offer tools and tips to help you reach more prospects online. 

This session will also include a Q&A portion where participants can ask questions and share their own experiences and tips; opportunities for peer networking via the live chat platform; and the chance to win a Fujitsu ScanSnap Scanner.

Mark Homer| Co-Founder & CEO, GNGF

As founder and CEO of law firm marketing agency Get Noticed Get Found, Mark uses his twenty-five years of experience in marketing and technology to help lawyers grow their law firm business. He leads an amazing team that delivers effective results to clients with a focus on a law firm’s business goals and high-touch service. Through his book, Online Law Practice Strategies, his speaking, active blog, and online videos, Mark’s goal is to help law firms of all sizes whether they are a client or not.

Mark has been at the intersection of online technology and marketing since he built some of the first ever corpxorate websites in 1995 while at IBM.He furthered his online marketing experience with leadership roles at venture backed startups and as a co-founder of the marketing technology leader eshots, inc. He gained his experience in the legal industry from his years in Product Marketing for iManage.

Mark has delivered presentations on digital marketing, company culture, and leadership to business owners of all kinds around the world, from small business owners to executive partners of Fortune 500 companies. When not managing the day-to-day operations at GNGF, Mark can usually be found watching superhero or sci-fi movies with his two teenage boys and very patient wife.

Having worked in legal for nearly a decade, Nefra understands the pain points that affect legal professionals, and she uses her experience to help lawyers streamline processes and run better businesses. A graduate of the University of Miami, Nefra is a passionate speaker about legal technology, attorney health and wellness, and other topics relevant to legal professionals.

Erin Gerstenzang | Founder, EHG Law

Erin Gerstenzang founded EHG Law Firm, which is located in Atlanta, Georgia. She provides client-centered legal services to clients facing drug and alcohol-related criminal offenses, and subscription legal services to new hemp businesses in Georgia. She was honored by Fastcase 50 in 2018 and recognized by the ABA's Legal Technology Resource Center as one of the honorees of the Women in Legal Tech 2019. She is on the ABA TECHSHOW Planning Board and she co-founded AtlantaLegalTech.com. She serves on the board of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers Foundation, and she was a recipient of their GAWL Visionary Award in 2019. She chairs the Judicial Recommendation Committee of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and is on their long-range planning committee and was the recipient of the President’s Award in January 2020. She also serves on the State Bar of Georgia's Disciplinary Rules and Procedures Committee.

Having had nearly a decade of experience in tech and the legal field, Emma knows both the needs of companies and lawyers alike. She’s spoken on many occasions about law firm marketing, legal entrepreneurship, law firm growth, and cloud technology and security. Being a JD herself who previously founded her own attorney recruiting company, Emma is passionate about helping firms grow from the ground up, and knows firsthand the struggles involved in building a business.
