US CARES Act Workshop

Learn about US Government Funding options with the COVID-19 crisis.

The US Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was passed by Congress in March 2020, and increased funds in April 2020. The program was designed to provide quick and accessible economic assistance to American families and businesses.

If you’re one of the law firms that applied for and received funds through the Payment Protection Program (PPP), you may be wondering how to receive loan forgiveness.

To help law firms understand how to take advantage of this government stimulus program, we’ve put together a webinar in partnership with CPN Legal for you to watch anytime.

This 60-minute on-demand webinar is hosted by Ashley Duffy, Senior Channel Development Coordinator at Clio. Ashley will be joined by Chris Gruenke, Principal, and Peggy Gruenke, Co-Founder, both at CPN Legal. They’ll go over the basics of the US Government Funding options and the latest on how to receive loan forgiveness.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • All about the CARES Act Program
  • What the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act means for you
  • How to receive loan forgiveness
  • Other considerations with applying for forgiveness

Duration: 60 minutes

Disclaimer: This presentation was last updated June 25, 2020. The US Government may have made updates to the programs since. We encourage you to keep updated on the SBA website or connect with our speakers directly with any concerns.
